AUTOMATIC MINERAL WATER PACKING MACHINE (AMWP)
Application:
to pack purified water, mineral water, country liquor, diluted pulpless & seedless fruit juice etc. in centre sealed pouches made of heat sealable L.D.P.E. / L.D.P.E. film.

Range of packing capacities :
a) 100ml to 500 ml (most common packing capacity).
b) 500 ml to 1000ml (less common packing capacity).

Drive of machine:
Electro -mechanical; unless any pneumatic device is fitted in the machine against special orders.

Pouch Type :
Only centre sealed pouch; both fins of centre seal extend in opposite directions; one fin remains inside pouch but second fin remains outside of pouch.

Packing Film:
a) L.D.P.E. / L.L.D.P.E. film of 60 micron to 90 micron thickness.
b) L.D.P.E. + H.D.P.E. (mixed) film of 60 micron to 90 micron thickness.
c) Polypropylene (P.P.) film of 60 micron to 90 micron thickness.
